Payment
nocat studio ApS accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, Visa Electron, Maestro, PayPal.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.
The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
No fees are charged for credit cards.
If you pay through PayPal, you are not protected by the scheme granting the right to object. Read more about the conditions on the PayPal website.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped
All prices on the Webshop are including VAT except USA which are ex VAT
The Webshop uses the following currencies for pricing:

nocat studio ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.
nocat studio ApS’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
Delivery and Shipment
The delivery time for your order is 1-5 weekdays.
nocat studio ApS uses GLS Pakkeshop in Denmark for shipment of your ordered items. we use GLS or UPS. You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.
Shipping costs are country specific according to prices stated on this page.

You will receive a Tracking number upon shipment, which allows you to always track the shipment.
If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal)
As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.
Any return costs you incur yourself.
The period means that you have 14 days after receiving the goods to let us know that you want to cancel the purchase.
If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you can send us an e-mail om info@nocatstudio.com or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods unless you inform us at the same time.
Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order.
Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
Returning the goods
When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us. You yourself must pay for returning the package, and you will be liable if it is damaged during transport.
Condition of the item you have returned
You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is cancelled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded.
It is up to nocat studio ApS to evaluate the item’s condition.
We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging.If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.
Refund of the purchase sum
If you cancel a purchase, you will get your money back. If the value of the article is reduced, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

Right to make complaints
When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Complaints regarding errors and defects must be reported to nocat studio ApS in a reasonable time after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time. We will refund reasonable shipping costs If the complaint is justified.
The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.
The complaint waives right to make complaints if the items are managed improperly or unusually.

Before returning the article, please mail us a detailed description of the problem or and if possible enclose a few pictures. If we can solve the problem without burdening the environment with a physical return, it is clearly preferable.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal information.
For you to enter into an agreement with nocat studio ApS, we need the following information:

We make the registration of and pass on your personal details for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with nocat studio ApS, and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
In addition, we work with a number of other companies who store and process data. These companies process the data exclusively on our behalf and must not use them for their own purposes.
We work only with processors of data in the EU or in countries where your data will be given adequate protection.

Complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact christina@nocatstudio.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg. You can make your complaint here
To complain about goods or services, the goods or services must have a value between 1.110 DKK and 100.000 DKK. If the goods you want to complain about are clothes or shoes the value must be at least 720 DKK. A fee will be charged.
When you buy from an e-mærket webshop, you can have your case tried free of charge – regardless of the amount of the goods or services complained about. Read more here
